This method of exercising will burn fat 9 times faster than traditional forms of exercise. You will perform 5 exercises in sequence. In the example of the balance pushup exercise being demonstrated, you will perform them for 50 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds and then move on to the next exercise.</span></p>
