Hi, my name is Edwin. Welcome to my first post!  I’m excited about the content I will be sharing with you in this blog, which is based on a book I am writing called Organic Brain and Body Fitness.

 

The focus of this blog is to educate the Christian community on how to live a healthy lifestyle God’s way! 

 

Although the emphasis of this blog is brain and body fitness, I feel it’s important to discuss spiritual issues along the way as well. As a matter of fact, the first few posts will be about the spirit, since the foundation of our health is built on a strong spirit.  Don’t worry – this blog is not based on new-age thinking or even a particular church denomination, it’s based on the Bible.

You don’t need more information.  You need “change” — change that will set your life on a course to true health and fitness.

 

You will learn how to train yourself to listen to your body. It’s really quite simple – God has given you the ability to sense what your body needs. The problem is we often override the signals that our bodies give us.

 

I am a certified personal trainer, and I have lived and experienced the principles that will be discussed in this blog – that’s how I know they work.
